Getting To Fremantle

By Car...From Perth take either Stirling Highway direct or Kwinana Freeway > Leach Highway. The drive will take around 35 mins. There are lots of places to park close to all our stops (fees & time limits apply)

Car Parking. 

Stop #1 Town Hall has on street parking (short stay) and a street level car park on William St. Also there is a multi-storey carpark on Henderson St that is long stay and a 2 minute walk

Stop #2 O'Connor Landing has the most bays. There is all day parking in some areas Monday to Thursday here and long stay parking all week 

Stop #3 The Station has limited street parking but can be accessed over the railway from Stop #2

Stop #4 Prison has long stay parking outside accessed from Fothergill St and also at the bottom of the hill accessed from Parry St

Stop #5 Esplanade Hotel has several long stay car parks 1 minutes walking distance 

Stop #6 Fishing Boat Harbour has a lot of 3 hour parking but is generally quite busy and finding spaces is not always easy

By River... Captain Cook Cruises sail from Barrack St Jetty in Perth throughout the day. With departures at 9:45 & 11:30 each morning of the year and additional sailings during peak periods there is no better way to reach Fremantle. Your tram driver will be there to meet you as you disembark

By Rail... Trains run directly from Perth Train Station to Fremantle. At peak times trains depart approx every 15 minutes and take just over 30 minutes for the trip. The tram stop is located 50m turn right outside the main entrance
